The European Space Week (Helsinki, Finland, 1-6 December 2019), the most important European event for the space sector, is designed to present insights on the European Space Programmes (Copernicus, Galileo and EGNOS) and to discuss the role of the space solutions in building a more sustainable future.
Its mixed structure (panel discussions, exhibitions, networking opportunities, business matchmaking sessions), gives the perfect configuration for sharing strategies and ideas among leading sector experts.
This year, the Space Week hosted the General Assembly of the Copernicus network (3 December), where EO4GEO presented to the audience its innovative strategy for skills development in the space/geospatial sector as well as the expected outcomes of the project.
